Use of MSP Intellectual Property
The MSP spheres logo has been replaced by the new MSP swirl logo in line with the 2007 version of the Managing Successful Programmes guide which has now been published.
Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations
An MSP Accreditation Mark has been created as a means of identifying MSP Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations:
MSP™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce
The Swirl logo™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce
The MSP Accreditation Mark™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce
Only MSP Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations accredited by APMG are permitted to use the MSP Accreditation Mark as a benefit of accreditation. The MSP Accreditation Mark may not be used by any other organisations or individuals.
Licensing of MSP Crown Copyright
The content of the OGC core MSP publications as published by TSO is protected by Crown copyright, and may only be used under licence from OGC.
MSP Accredited Training and Consulting Organisations are permitted to use the MSP trade mark and copyright material from core MSP publications under licence in accredited materials and marketing activities that relate directly to their accredited offerings. Accredited organisations wishing to use OGC's intellectual property for other purposes must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence.
Unaccredited organisations and individuals must apply to APMG for a Trade Mark Licence if they wish to use the MSP trade mark (word mark) or copyright from official MSP publications.
