AFA - MSP Training
In parallel with the Managing Successful Programmes publication AFA are offering a range of training events to support organisations as they adopt and develop Programme Management structures. We deliver training events on an open (public) basis, as well as in-house for individual clients.
Our offering includes courses ranging in length from a half-day briefing, to five-day exam courses. The MSP guide, whilst encapsulating best practice, is not exhaustive. AFA also offers generic programme management training, including coverage of in-house standards, delivered as client events.
As well as formal training courses, AFA delivers additional support to programme teams in the following ways:
- Coaching and mentoring for individuals
- Facilitation for teams
- Audit and review of existing programmes
Change is now endemic within all types of business environment. Isolated projects are increasingly rare. Programme Management is required to ensure that robust strategic linkages are put in place. By controlling the project portfolio effectively but flexibly, maximum business benefit can be realised.
