Maven Training Company Profile

Maven Training has been established to address the training needs of project and programme managers, team members and support staff. We specialise in Project, Programme, Change, Risk and IT Service Management related training. We are market leaders in project and programme management training and have a high reputation for supplying training in the PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies.

We have worked with many clients to develop programmes that are based on and supported by the use of PRINCE2 and MSP as well as generic project and programme management skills and techniques training courses. We have our own in-house course developers that link with our clients to develop high quality training courses and understand that the needs of an organisation are always unique. Therefore, we see ourselves as 'training partners' rather than 'training providers'.

We deliver training across the UK, holding regular open courses in at least 10 regional training centres on a weekly schedule, as well and undertaking training assignments within our clients' own venues on a national and international basis.

Maven Training is delighted to start 2008 supporting the international growth of PRINCE2 and MSP and expanding into the Middle East, Europe and the USA. Activities in the Middle East are about to swing into action – we are opening offices in Dubai and will commence course offerings from the spring. Maven Training will be offering training in Poland during the first half of 2008 via a new partner (Centrum) while in Denmark we will carry on working with Peak Consulting to help satisfy the increasing demand for PRINCE2 training. In the USA, we have formed a partnership with Watermark Learning in Chicago.
