SPOCE specialise in the delivery of the Office of Government Commerce's (OGC's) Best Practice portfolio including PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Management of Risk (M_o_R). As the only training organisation to offer accredited e-learning solutions for both PRINCE2 and MSP, SPOCE can offer a comprehensive range of classroom, blended and e-learning solutions.
SPOCE lead the way in MSP:
- Established in 1994 - the first OGC/APMG accredited training organisation (ATO).
- The first MSP training event with examinations was run by SPOCE in March 2000

SPOCE provides Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) training for both individuals and corporate clients. Monthly open classroom based events are held in London and Bournemouth, and corporate training events held at venues chosen to suit the client.
Courses include: Boardroom Briefing, Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioner Exam Preparation. SPOCE's e-learning solutions provide further training options for Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner blended learning.
