Managing Successful Programmes - Programme Vision

We run our five day "Programme Vision" event in Bournemouth and at customer's own sites. The course covers the full APMG syllabus with the Foundation Examination taken and marked on Thursday afternoon and the Advanced Practitioner Examination on Friday morning. The event finishes at lunchtime on Friday.

We have an excellent examination success record and this is partly due to the pre-event reading and software provided as soon as a firm booking is received.

On receipt of a firm booking, each participant is sent a copy of the Stationery Office MSP reference manual, a CD with background reading material and our specially written "VisaVision" software to help understand and learn the Method. Our Delegates start the course with the best possible preparation. About 10-15 hours' pre-course preparation is recommended.

The course itself is an intensive 9 to 5.30 day, with 2-3 hours reading and study recommended each evening. Evening study is helped by the choice of venue which is the recently re-furbished Wessex Hotel in Bournemouth; the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the cliffs and sea which really revives the mind after a full day of study.
